2. How does Hi Money work?

There are many ways to explore Hi Money. This includes exploring the online modules on your own and/or joining a Hi Money workshop, online or in person, or checking out the Hi Money book: Money, Money, Money. The online course consists of modules that you can access at your own pace. Each module explores different aspects of your money mindset, provides valuable insights, and offers actionable steps to improve your financial well-being.

3. Why is it useful to explore my relationship with money?

How people think and feel about things is generally much more powerful than logic or facts. For example, there’s plenty of free, good budgeting and investing advice on the internet/library etc. But frequently folks don’t make the most of these resources. Why? Often it’s because of how a person feels about money. If they think, “I’m not good with money” or, “That stuff is for other people” it won’t matter how good the resources are. It’s about what they’re telling themselves, their mindset and their relationship with money. That’s why we created this course—for you to have a safe, fun, supportive place to explore how YOU feel about money. And once you’re clear about that, to see what you’d like to do about what you’ve discovered.

For the Hi Money 30 day course, the course emails start the day after you sign up— one per day for 30 days. For Hi Money workshops and events, please see the specific details for each one.

Yes! Once you enrol in Hi Money, and the course starts, you'll have ongoing, anytime access to the course materials. During that time you can revisit the modules, rewatch the videos and access all of the resources whenever you need a refresher or want to deepen your understanding.

8. Will I receive support during the course?

Absolutely! We're committed to your success. You'll have access to Hi Money Clubhouse where you can share insights, read insights from other women, and access resources. Additionally, our team will be available to answer any course-related questions and provide guidance throughout your Hi Money journey.

9. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

We believe in the value and effectiveness of Hi Money; however, we understand that circumstances may vary. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you find that the Hi Money 30 day course doesn't meet your expectations, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase, and we'll be happy to assist you with a refund.

12. I’m having trouble with my password in my Hi Money account. What can I do please?

Hi Money is unable to change your password for you. After clicking the link on the homepage, please click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link will expire after 24 hours.
